 INQUIRIES
All inquiries can be made either by phone or by e-mail. For e-mail, please use the Inquiry Form for processing. Inquiry Form can be found at each price page.
 TENTATIVE RESERVATIONS
You can make a tentative reservation either by phone, fax, e-mail, or in person. After making your reservation, you will receive the followings. TRAVEL APPLICATION FORM, ITINERARY, INVOICE, CANCELLATIN POLICY All applicants need to send back the TRAVEL APPLICATION FORM(needs to be filled), and the CANCELLATION POLICY(needs to be signed) by fax, mail, or in person. Also, a deposit is required to keep your reservation. Unpaid reservations may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
 CONTRACTED RESERVATIONS
Once IACE Travel receives deposit, Travel Application Form, and Cancellation Policy, the reservation is regarded as 'contracted'. Please be aware that the penalty starts applying for every change and/or cancellation at time of receipt for all of them.
 PAYMENTS
The payment is normally due 3-7days after making reservations (please check the exact due date on your invoice).
Payment can be done by cash, travelers checks, or bank wire (must be Japanese Yen).

 TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Most of the travel documents will be ready at the airport on the departure date. Please check with your reservation agent when and where to pick up.
 REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL
You are required to bring your valid passport. Some countries require Visa and/or vaccination, too. Please check the embassy (consulate) for your required documents well in advance because it takes time to obtain those. Also, please keep in mind that you need to have re-entry permit if you are non-Japanese passport holder, and return to Japan. IACE Travel is not responsible for the denial of your entry due to expired/invalid passports or the lack of documents.
 IACE TRAVEL LIABILITY
We, IACE Travel, shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, or irregularity, which may be occasioned by reason of defect or through the acts of omission of any transportation company, any hotel, any agency, any operator(s). Nor shall we, IACE Travel, be liable for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, or irregularity, which may be caused by strike, war, weather, quarantine, sickness, government restrictions or regulations, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control.
